Michael Sgrecci
Michael Sgrecci is a hornist currently pursuing a Master’s of Music in horn performance at the University of Colorado Boulder. He has performed with the Longmont Symphony in Colorado as well as the Washington Metropolitan Philharmonic and Capital Wind Symphony in Virginia. In addition to performing, Michael maintains an active private studio and leads sectionals at schools in and around Boulder. Originally from Annandale, Virginia, Mr. Sgrecci received his Bachelor’s of Music in horn performance from the University of Cincinnati College-Conservatory of Music. Mr. Sgrecci’s primary teachers include Michael Thornton, Randy Gardner, and Sylvia Alimena.
