Anastasiia Pavlenko
Anastasiia Pavlenko is a Ukrainian pianist who recently received her Master of Music degree in Piano Performance at the University of Colorado Boulder, studying under the last student of the legendary Adele Marcus, Dr. Jennifer Hayghe. During her time at CU Boulder, Anastasiia served as Vice President of the CU Boulder Collegiate Chapter of Music Teachers National Association, participated in the Hidden Voices research project focused on recording and writing about music by African American women composers, and held a position as a teaching assistant at CU Boulder.
Having more than eight years of piano teaching experience, Anastasiia is currently enjoying working as a piano instructor at Parlando School of Musical Arts in Boulder, CO, organist at United Methodist Church in Broomfield, CO, and piano accompanist for the Colorado Children’s Chorale.
Outside of music, she is passionate about the work she does as an active volunteer for the non-profit organization Sunflower Seeds Ukraine.
