Simeon Wallace is a tenor, choral conductor, and music educator from the foothills of North Carolina. He earned his Bachelor’s degree in K–12 Choral Music Education from Appalachian State University and his Master’s degree in Vocal Performance from the University of Colorado Boulder in 2025.


Simeon is passionate about holistic, student-centered teaching that meets singers where they are and fosters healthy, confident, and expressive vocal development. He enjoys working with both youth and adult students, creating intentional and engaging lessons that support each singer’s unique goals.


As a performer, Simeon has recently appeared as Aeneas (Dido and Aeneas) with Appalachian Opera Theatre, and as Fenton (Falstaff), Miles Zegner (Proving Up), and Frederic (The Pirates of Penzance) with Eklund Opera. This spring, he will portray the Tin Man (The Wiz) with Town Hall Arts Center in Denver, Colorado.
